So I have decided to frog the herringbone rib sock. I love the pattern, but I just don’t like the yarn with it. I hadn’t touched the sock in a while because of this. I picked it up yesterday and finished the heel. I started the gusset today and I messed up. I just don’t care because I just don’t like this yarn with it. I did take a picture of how far I got. The pattern is a pleasure to work, just not in this yarn. Besides it doesn’t show off the stitch pattern, I am not real fond of working with this particular yarn one size 1 needles and with a pattern. It will be used for a vanilla sock later. I am going to see if I have some handspun that will work guage wise. I have a pretty pink that I think I will try.
